Best of the Best Choice Awards

There are mediocre event vendors, and then there are those who really go the extra mile to make your big day truly one to remember. We deeply believe these hard-working vendors and businesses deserve some major recognition. Our Best of the Best Choice Awards Contest asks you to please nominate and then vote for your favorite businesses and individuals in the Texas Hill Country that provide amazing services for your wedding or special event.

You can submit entries online or by mail. The contest will have two steps: a nomination period, followed by a voting period. The top five businesses or individuals nominated in each category will advance to the voting round. Voting will take place on our Facebook page, similar to our cover photo contest. From there, the top two from each category will be determined.

Nominations run from April 1 (at 12:00 am) – April 30, 2020 (at 11:59 pm)

Voting will take place May 1 (at 12:00 am) – May 31, 2020 (at 11:59 pm)

You may submit your nomination by email to [email protected] or you can send us a nomination through Facebook messages. You may also enter by sending a letter with the information below to HCW, 512 N Main Street, Boerne, TX 78006.
Please include the following information with your nomination:
The primary category (i.e. food & dining, venue, music, entertainment, decor, event planner, etc.) and a secondary category (i.e. coffee, DJ, etc.)
The business or vendor’s name, phone number, and email
The town where the business or vendor is located
Your personal email

The entry will be automatically submitted and will appear on Facebook once it has been approved as a valid candidate for the category.

Winners will be announced in a special section
in the Hill Country Weddings & Event Magazine – Summer 2020 Issue!
